1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member") and fyi777 ("Platform", "We", "fyi777"). This document governs the use of the fyi777.one website along with all services, gaming products and platform features provided by fyi777.

By accessing this website, registering an account, making a deposit or using any fyi777 service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are in addition to the fyi777 Privacy Policy, which should also be read alongside this document.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account at fyi777. Holding multiple accounts is a violation of the terms of use and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. fyi777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport. Registration using false information may result in immediate account closure.

Members are fully responsible for ensuring their account password is kept securely. fyi777 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access due to the member's own negligence.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

fyi777 supports a range of secure local Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, as well as cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

The terms for deposits and withdrawals are as follows:

• Minimum deposit amount: RM50 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50.
• Withdrawal processing time: Within 1 hour for requests that meet the conditions.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name.
• Deposited funds may not be transferred to a third party.

fyi777 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals for compliance and security purposes. Any attempt to bypass this verification process will be considered a breach of these Terms.

4. Promotions and Bonuses

fyi777 offers various promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated specifically for each promotion.

The fyi777 Welcome Bonus is as follows:

• Bonus rate: 150% of the first deposit amount.
• Maximum bonus cap: RM1,500.
• Wagering requirement: 10x the bonus amount received.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering required: RM150 × 10 = RM1,500.
• Another example: Deposit RM2,200 → Bonus RM1,500 (maximum cap) → Balance RM3,700 → Wagering required: RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000.

Bonuses may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met. fyi777 reserves the right to withdraw bonuses if there is evidence of promotion abuse or wagering strategies deemed invalid by management.

Each promotion has its own validity period. Bonuses not used within the stipulated period will expire automatically. Members are not permitted to reclaim expired bonuses.

5. Game Rules

All games available on the fyi777 platform, including online slots, live casino, baccarat, sports betting and others, are subject to their respective game rules which can be found on each game's page.

The outcome of all games is final. fyi777 will not accept any dispute regarding the outcome of a completed game unless there is clear evidence of a technical fault that can be verified. In the event of a technical fault, fyi777 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager.

The use of automation software, bots, or any tools intended to exploit the platform is strictly prohibited. Such actions will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

6. Member Conduct and Prohibitions

Members agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the fyi777 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using false identities.
• Colluding with other members to defraud the platform or other players.
• Using any software or methods to exploit technical vulnerabilities.
• Attempting to download or access system areas that are not authorised.
• Spreading false information about fyi777 to the public.
• Any activity that violates domestic or international law.

A breach of any of the above prohibitions may result in account closure, forfeiture of balances, and where necessary, legal action by fyi777.

7. Account Closure and Suspension

fyi777 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or illegal activity.
• Failure to submit requested identity verification documents.
• Legal pressure or directions from relevant authorities.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the fyi777 support team via live chat or email. Valid balances in the account will be processed for withdrawal once all security checks have been completed.

8. Limitation of Liability

The fyi777 platform is provided "as is" and "as available". fyi777 does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, technical errors, or downtime.

fyi777 will not be held liable for any loss or damage — whether direct or indirect — arising from:

• Temporary interruptions or technical faults that prevent access to the platform.
• Losses in games that form part of the gambling risk accepted by the member.
• Unauthorised access resulting from the member's own negligence in maintaining password security.
• Decisions made based on information available on the platform.

The maximum liability of fyi777 to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being submitted.
